1. Who runs the café

These terms govern your use of roastnookcafe.com ("Roast Nook Cafe", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of roastnookcafe.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may take a seat

Roast Nook Cafe is only for users aged 19 or over, and using it means you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Café coins

Every game runs on virtual coins we hand out free of charge.
Café coins have no monetary value; they are not money, not credit and not property.
Café coins can never be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor swapped for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in-app.
Nothing of real-world value is ever handed over the counter as a prize.
At any time we may adjust or reset café coins, levels and features.

4. Never real money

Roast Nook Cafe neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your café account

You need a free account to play the worlds that ask for one. One account per person, and it must never be shared.
Your password is yours alone. If someone else has used your account, tell us straight away.
Your account page lets you delete the account at any moment; deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 19.
Café coins, levels and missions sit with the account, never become your property, and may be reset.

6. Manners at the counter

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. When things go wrong

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Which laws govern the café

The laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, govern these terms.
